WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Processing is 15 business days with an estimated shipping time of 5-6 business days.  

 

 

All items are made by the Gentilly Bleu team in New Orleans, Louisiana. We utilize local vendors for many of our supplies. We strive to make sure that your order is processed before the 10 business days, but we can only work within our capacity. If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you.  

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping for orders under $80.00 is $8.99. Orders over $80.00 receive free shipping.

HOW WILL MY PACKAGE BE SHIPPED?

All packages are sent USPS priority or UPS.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes. Tracking numbers will be sent to your e-mail once the item has been shipped.

I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER BUT THERE IS NO TRACKING INFORMATION AVAILABLE?

Please allow up to 72 hours for USPS to update the tracking information. If tracking is not available after 72 hours, please contact info@gentillybleu.com.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Refunds are granted on a case by case bases. We do not grant refunds if you order the incorrect size, but we will provide an exchange.

If you received the wrong order, we will provide a refund OR an exchange. NOT BOTH!

ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL!!! NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED ON CLEARANCE ITEMS!

ONE OR MORE OF MY ITEMS DOES NOT FIT. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

We will provide an exchange upon the receipt of the item(s). A pre-paid return label with be sent to the e-mail address on file to return the item(s).  Once we have received the incorrect item(s), we will generate a new order reflecting the exchange. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY SHIPPING TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER!  IF SHIPPING IS NOT PAID, THE ITEMS WILL NOT BE SENT! Please e-mail info@gentillybleu.com for additional information.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER. CAN YOU SEND ME THE CORRECT ONE?

We will provide a complimentary return upon the receipt of the item(s). A pre-paid return label with be sent to the e-mail address on file to return the item(s). Once we have received the incorrect item(s), we will mail the new item(s). THE CORRECT ITEMS WILL NOT SENT UNTIL THE PREVIOUS ORDER IS RECEIVED! Please e-mail info@gentillybleu.com for additional information.
