WHY ARE YOUR ITEMS OUT OF STOCK?

We are not a print on demand company. We produce shirts by popularly.  Join our mailing list to know when items are back in stock! 

WHAT TYPE OF SHIRTS DO YOU USE?

We typically use Bella Canvas, Anvil, or Next Level. However, our specialty shirts (camo, ringers, etc) may be a different brand. 

I WOULD LIKE TO PICK MY SHIRT UP LOCALLY. WHERE CAN I GET IT?

New Orleans local pick up is available for orders exceeding $100.00 only. Please e-mail info@gentillybleu.com to determine availability.

HOW SHOULD I WASH AND CARE FOR MY SHIRT?

We want you to keep your shirt for years to come. To preserve your shirt, wash inside out in cold water with like colors on a gentle cycle. Dry on low or hang dry. Do not use bleach or dry clean your shirts. If you have to iron your shirt, turn the shirt inside out and do so on the lowest setting. However, please do not iron the design. 

I HAVE AN EVENT AND WOULD LIKE TO PLACE A BULK ORDER.

Bulk orders require a minimum of 25 shirts in one design. Please contact info@gentillybleu.com for more details. 

THERE'S A DESIGN I LIKE, BUT YOU DON'T HAVE IT AVAILABLE IN THE COLOR I WANT. CAN YOU CHANGE IT?

Gentilly Bleu is not a print on demand company. So, the colors available are the colors we have in stock. However, please contact us at info@gentillybleu.com and we will consider having it in a restock.
